Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Spectre Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language — no hidden clauses, and we never sell your data. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it properly.
Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Girish Mohan Londhe, trading as Spectre Studio, a registered business based in India ("Spectre Studio", "we", "us"). For the personal data collected through this website, we act as the Data Fiduciary under applicable Indian data-protection law.
What we collect, and why
Information you give us
When you send a project brief, we collect what you enter: your name, your business, your project brief, and your email. We use these only to read, qualify, and reply to your inquiry.
When you book a call, our scheduling tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and the time you pick, so we can confirm and hold the call.
Information collected automatically
Like most sites, we collect limited, privacy-friendly usage data — which pages are viewed, and general device/browser type — through Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. This data is used in aggregate and is not used by us to identify individual visitors. We don't build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for — or want — sensitive data: no health, financial, or government-ID information. Please don't include any of that in the brief field.

Who else handles your data
We don't sell your information, rent it, or use it for spam. We do use a small set of trusted providers to run the site — each handles only what it needs to:
- Supabase — securely stores your project-brief submission (our database).
- Resend — delivers the email notifications tied to your inquiry.
- Cal.com — handles scheduling when you book a call. When you use the booking link, Cal.com may also process your booking details under its own privacy terms.
- Vercel — hosts and serves the website, and provides our privacy-friendly, cookieless, aggregate site analytics (Vercel Analytics).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We don't share your information for advertising, and we don't pass it to anyone beyond what's needed to respond to you and run the site.
Some service providers may process or store data outside India. Where this happens, it is only for operating this website, handling inquiries, scheduling calls, sending notifications, or analytics, and remains subject to applicable data-protection law and provider safeguards.
How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless we need to retain limited records longer for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Limited analytics data is kept only in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
Your rights, and how to use them
As a Data Principal under Indian data-protection law, you're in control of your data. You can ask us to:
- tell you what information of yours we hold,
- correct it if it's wrong,
- request deletion of your personal data, unless we are required to keep limited records for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security purposes,
- nominate another person to exercise your rights where applicable under law.
Just email hello@spectrestudio.in and we'll action it.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect processing already completed before the request.
We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may use the grievance and complaint mechanisms available under applicable data-protection law.
How we protect your data
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and sensible access controls. No website can promise perfect security — but we treat the little data you share with real care, and we collect as little of it as possible.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and professional clients. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this site, contact us and we will delete it where required.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the 'last updated' date above. Material changes will appear here before they take effect.
